I would be happy to return, but honestly, you have to be willing to make some changes that will make team rosters more manageable and easier to follow. My ideas:
1) Limit minor league rosters to 30. You draft, and after the draft, every team can claim players from their organizations actual draft. If you don't claim them, they are free agents. Makes life a lot simpler than keeping track of an entire organizations draft.
2) Each team can re-sign one free agent every off-season. This 3 re-signs every 5 years is nuts! It only creates more work! 1 re-sign every off-season. Nice and easy!
3) Make a separate trade, trade block, and team needs section on the page. They are all lumped in together, doesn't promote trade talk.
Those are three simple, I think, changes that may help running the league easier. Just my two cents, let's see how fast it gets shot down.

We are not going to make league changes just to get you on TAB sorry. I am 100% against 2 of these 3 ideas. You should not be limited on who you have in your minors to me if you can not keep up with the guys you own that is probably a GM issue not a league issue this has never been a problem in any other league I am in does not take that much time to track your minor on a yearly basis. We worked very hard on the re-sign policy there is no plans to change it anytime soon again.

I'll try to answer these. 1) Myself, I like the current system regarding minor league players. A couple of reasons: One, its very simple. Currently, without out even looking, I know you own every Toronto draftee from 2015 unless any was taken in our 3 round draft. If each of our 28 teams here had to make claims on their own players, every single transaction would need verified and processed. The ones not claimed would need free agent threads made etc. Seeing how 1,215 players cam from just the 2015 draft alone, it would be an enormous amount of potential transactions here. Example would me posting that the Phillies claim Round #17 2015 draftee Kenny Koplove. Some other TAB member would then have to go look that up. To me, it would seem like an endless task. 2) You said, "This 3 re-signs every 5 years is nuts!" Not exactly sure what that means unless you're thinking of the former rule here. Prior to the 2014 season, our entire re-signing system was redone. This will be the 3rd year the new system has been in place. bigs.freeforums.net/thread/400/re-signing-rule-new3) Didn't quite follow that one.

Joey, you amaze me every time I have to speak to you. I am not looking to become a TAB member again. The fact that I did not leave the league when I resigned as a TAB member still amazes me. You need TAB members and still have the arrogance to suggest that I'm begging back in? Lol! I'm just a team member, continue on. The league is boring and you only confuse further. Carry on, replace me if you want. Lol, if you can.

One important thing to note about being a TAB member are the duties involved: 1. Provide any input on discussion involving league and/or rules. 2. Process Transactions (ALL STAFF MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HELP) - A. Free Agents (Includes Re-Signing Votes) - B. Waivers - C. Minor League Moves - D. Drafts - E. Trades - F. Assisting new members ALL of the above are the duties of every TAB member. We don't really need someone who just wants to do "E".

If you explained when I took the position as you have so now, then maybe I could have helped better. The fact that you throw such facts now may help in your acquiring new TAB members. Lol, I've tried to help, you've shown why you and Marlins are alone. Good luck, lol!!!

You were a TAB member months before I was. No way I could have explained it. I guess I sort of figured out to do what the others did. Verify and process any pending transaction I see posted. Seemed simple enough for me to figure out.
We still have Mets and Mariners here so we're not alone.

If you didn't want to be on TAB why did you post in THIS THREAD? Makes no sense. I guess to clog it up and get your ideas for rule changes. I really do not know. Seemed odd since there was other places for this kind of thing besides this thread about TAB Spots.
Whether you want to remain in this league or not is up to you but we are not going to be changing the rules.

Mariners have shown their thought process on their TAB membership. Lol! Carry on! Mariners are a big help to us with his limited time. Ever see the total number of posts teams make? You may want to check your own total. Seems you're only about up to half the Mariners. List: Phillies - 1,438 Marlins - 1,360 Braves - 806 Indians - 645 Mets - 594 Mariners - 297

Didn’t know where else to drop this. ..
Regarding the 5 Red Sox international signees voided by MLB; does TAB recognize these players as affiliated with the new team for which they sign(ed)?
