Logan is a free agent here. He was an original amnesty cut by the White Sox. Signed as a free agent by the Cardinals for the 2009 season. Nothing at all since.

Frandsen is a free agent here. Search at the old board showed he had a contract listed as "Kevin Frandsen (2B/SS) $397,000 (2012)". No results since that time.

Cotts is a free agent here. He surpassed the 50 innings pitched mark in 2004. Which would have expired his original contract in 2009. He has since been won as a free agent, but his last contract here was for $500,000 (2011). He also hasn't been shown as being owned on Fantrax for the last 2 years.

Masset is a free agent here. He surpassed the 50 innings pitched mark in 2008. His original contract in this league was for $396,000 (2013). That contract was listed as a "Amenesty & Non Tender Cuts at League Start". Since then, he was last won as a free agent with the following contract: $500,000 (2012). No results since then and he hasn't been owned on Fantrax since that time.

RP: Buddy Carlyle (NYM) (yeah, that guy, Buddy F'n Carlyle) Carlyle is a free agent. His original rookie contact expired in 2010. He was surprisingly (lol) non-tendered here before that point. No search results on either board of him ever being won in free agency.

David Peralta OF ARI aka "Senger David (Guerrero) Peralta" Was drafted by the Cardinals but was dropped after 07 season, 3 years in independent league ball. Peralta would still be property of the Cardinals. Reasons are: First we determine ownership here at our roster freeze date: September 26, 2004: Signed by the St. Louis Cardinals as an amateur free agent. ROSTER FREEZE DATE: NOVEMBER 15TH, 2008 May 5, 2009: Released by the St. Louis Cardinals. July 3, 2013: Signed as a Free Agent with the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Cardinals retain ownership on the basis they were the last major league team to hold the rights to Peralta on our freeze date. I saw where Peralta did not actually play anywhere in 2008, 2009 & 2010. Then he played "independent" ball in 2011, 2012, and part of 2013. None of those would affect his ownership here. Once we determine original ownership here (freeze date), a player's real-life transactions don't affect us. It would be much the same as if you had half of your 2012 draft class released tomorrow. They'd still be yours wherever they end up. Saw also that Peralta has 86 major league at bats now. That puts him under our 130 ab rookie limit. His contract year is still undetermined at (20xx). The Cardinals have his rights until then. The only real way a player who's original 6 year contract hasn't expired would be a free agent is if the player was non-tendered or amnesty-cut on the board here.

Thanks, Phillies. His player page was confusing. Breaking news on this guy, I think signed to the 40 man - Raciel Iglesias P CIN Read this at Rotoworld: "Reds signed RHP Raisel Iglesias to a seven-year, $27 million contract. He also gets a $5 million signing bonus. It's a major league deal, but Iglesias won't report to the major league club this year. He's living in Mexico right now and the Reds are hoping he'll be able to pitch in the Arizona Fall League. Iglesias was a reliever in Cuba, but the Reds think the 24-year-old can start. The right-hander held a 1.68 ERA with 50 strikeouts across 53 2/3 innings in 2013 in Serie Nacional." www.rotoworld.com/player/mlb/7599/raisel-iglesiasAccording to that, he did indeed sign a major league contract. Our "Cuban" rules here say this: "In regards to foreign players, the only ones who will be Free Agents are those who sign a MAJOR LEAGUE CONTRACT. Meaning this will include those from Japan, Cuba, DR, Venezuela, Korea or any other country if they agree to a major league contract. If they sign a MINOR LEAGUE CONTRACT they will be the property of the team that signed them in real life just as any undrafted FYPD goes to the team that they signed with in real life." I'll wait for the Marlins or someone to verify. This is the first mid-season signing like that I've seen so I'm not certain if Iglesias goes directly to free agency now or in our next offseason free agency period.
