Denied 0-1
I hate doing a denial but Gibson is a current major league starting pitcher for the Twins. Record is 8-8 with a 3.48 ERA. Also taking in to account that the Dispersal Draft pick will be a high one in the 20's, Gibson just seems way undervalued here.
(Note on Gibson: Though never promoted here, he did surpass the 50 innings pitched in 2013 thus giving him a 2018 contract year.)

We have reconstructed the trade to include Omar Carrizales OF/COL to Yankees side of the deal.
New Your Yankees trade
Kyle Gibson SP/MIN to Colorado
for
Omar Carrizales OF/COL Rockies Rd #1 Dispersal Draft Pick
(edited for analysis)
We contacted Colorado and he's agreed to add a piece to his side -- Omar Carrizales, a player we originally sought to complete the deal. Carrizales is hitting .328/.380/854 in A-Ball after hitting .300 last year in rookie ball.

Thought it would help get the thing through. We already had been talking about adding Carrizales, anyway.

In future post a trade and let us vote don't re-do it after one vote that is a bit frustrating for everyone involved.

Since it was deleted and an amended offer has been submitted, I think we can reasonable toss out the original offer. If not, I would also vote to deny it.
Based on the new offer, Phillies analysis still applies. Gibson is a competent starter (who should have a $300,000 - 2018 contract when promoted) and a 20ish DD pick is worth much less. That said there was clearly a good faith negotiation here to make the deal better by throwing in Carrizales who has killed A-ball this year.
I wouldn't do it, but I can't think of a reason to deny. To the amended offer, Approval #1.

Sorry I can't approve this deal its light for ML SP who will be on the minimal contract til 2018 that is worth more than a C prospect and mid to late DD pick.
Denied #1 (2-1)

I agree with the Marlins on this and I hate voting against trades. Starting pitching is such a premium that you need to get at least one real prospect. I mean Gibson was a top 75 prospect and is only going to get better.
Carrizales is a nobody in single A at this point. He might turn out to be a stud but he's nowhere near the majors at this point.
Denied 2-2

Approved 3-2
I can see the points being made on both sides of this. What the Mets said about "Carrizales who has killed A-ball this year." is definitely true. About the draft pick and seeing how the Rockies here are always one of our better teams, this pick will be in the 20's most likely. Can that late of a pick be any good at all? I just checked the past dispersal drafts from 2010-2014. One pick that stands out is the Brewers pick of Tyler Glasnow in 2011 with pick #27. Seeing that tipped me to approving this. The pick does have the possibility of getting a good player with enough research beforehand.
