Ramos had one good year in 2016, but is still ranked 14th in our league behind both Russel Martin who receicved a 7,000,000 contract and Salvador Perez who also signed for 7 Million recently.
Ramos is moving to a new team in 2017 and is coming off of an ACL tear in which he may not even make it back until June 2017. He is also going to be used as a DH when he does return so he may loose C eligibility. I am re-signing him in the hopes that he retains his C eligibility beyond 2017 and continues his production of 2016. His past history tells me that is a stretch.

Another tough one!
An all star catcher who hits 22 HRs and slashes .307/.354/.496 but is a real injury risk. Not a lot of miles on his tread at 28 but the injury risk is legit given the need for knees in catching. Signed a friendly-ish short term deal with TB so I don't foresee a post-contract slump and the dropoff due to injury is tough to predict. To me Perez would have been valued higher and Ramos just below him. I would go 7 for Ramos but this offer isn't totally off base.
Deny 1

Agree on a hard one to value. I will approve based on the offer is close, I think Ramos is right behind Perez and Russel but I do not want to deny based on .5M. Approve #1

I think one is very close. The risk factor is high on this and I could see this being a wasted Re-Sign. However the player is extremely productive when healthy, and moving to the AL may impact his position. I don't know if I feel it is too low or too high, so I will go with an approve on this.
Approve #2.
