The first base market seems to be getting anywhere from 10-16. Based on his age and production I think a pretty high offer is necessary. 16 mil for 4 years. (2020)

I actually think this is way too high.
We changed our re-sign rule in 2014 and here are the 1B signed since then more in line with our current rules. We probably need to distinguish when guys were re-signed as re-sign rule from 2009-2013 different than 2014 to now.

Denied, I would look at a contract of 4 to 5 years at 10-11M
