DJ LeMahieu over the last 3 seasons -
2015 .301 .358 .388 6 HR 23 SB 2016 .348 .416 .495 11 HR 11 SB 2017 .310 .374 .409 8 HR 6 SB
DJ offers a great batting average, little to no power, average and declining speed. He's also very consistent having over 620 ABs in each of these three seasons. A line drive solid but unspectacular 2 hole hitter.
Comps -
Alcides Escobar - 4 years $6,000,000 Eduardo Nunez - 3 years $6,500,000 Starlin Castro - 4 years $6,000,000 Martin Prado - 4 years $6,500,000 Justin Turner - 4 years $7,500,000
Of all these, Prado has the closest skill set. DJ's more consistent than the shortstops but less valuable than Turner. Factoring in all that I would offer DJ -
4 years @ $6,500,000 or $6,500,000 (2018 NTC) 2021

I would agree that he is less valuable than Turner, but he is more valuable than every one else listed.
Higher average and more consistent than all of these four players and he is just two years removed from a season in which he won the batting title. About the same power, Castro has a little more. About the same speed although LeMahieu has swiped 20 in the past and Nunez leads the pack there.
The biggest factor you neglect to mention here is the runs. Lemahieu averages 95 a year over the last three seasons, peaking at 104 in 2016. This is extremely valuable production and shows no sign of slowing down. None of the four comps you gave come close to this averaging anywhere between 50-70 runs. This is a lot of production going unmentioned. While DJ also has higher Batting averages than all these guys and is only going in to his age 29 season, so a three year contract should not see much too much decline in production only going through his age 31 season. And that Colorado Lineup is staying stacked for the foreseeable future. Hitting 2 in front of those guys with Coors field to call home is a valuable player.
If you look at the numbers he actually looks like Jason Kipnis with less pop, a little less speed (not much) and more BA. This to means he should be closer to the Kipnis tier and much farther from the likes of Martin Prado.
Denied 2-1

Sorry, I thought I already voted.
Approve 3-1.
I think DJ is an empty average hitter aided by spacious Coors field. He has value because he plays 2b, but if he leaves Coors I think he will lose a lot of appeal.
