I think the argument here is Trout vs Altuve. When you are talking about the best players in baseball I don't think position has anything to do with it. Looking at the stats since 2014:
Trout-108 R, 35 HR, 20 SB, 93 RBI, .301/.413/.579 Altuve-98 R, 18 HR, 39 SB, 76 RBI, .334/.384/.496
Looking At this Trout has clearly been the better player just from a power production Standpoint. Altuve had an uptick on this the last two years but looking at his Value as a resign we have to ignore last year. So he was coming off one year of an OPS above .830 while Trout Averages a .987 OPS over the last 6 years and is one year younger at time of Resign. And Trout has done all this with a crap lineup around him, now he will have more protection and more opportunities. He should be in line to grow even more.
I'm probably going to be over ruled on this one but I think Trout deserves to be paid more than Altuve for his age 26-30 seasons.
Denied (1-1)

Approve 2. Trout in his own league. I would have gone little lower on Altuves contract which would have had Trout above him at 15.

I am okay with this I think Altuve maybe could have been $14-$14.5 mil. We probably made a mistake on that one we are human afterall.
