My main reason here is to shed multiyear dead salary and Duffy's unnecessarily ridiculous contract and gain pieces that better fit my roster needs and provide some additional cap relief. Some well regarded Prospects and my 2020 2nd Rd Pick are what it took to get it done. Thanks.

Orioles accept. Yet another opportunity presents itself to upgrade my farm system while giving up players outside of my competitive window. Woods-Richardson is the main piece here and could develop into a very nice starter for my staff down the road. I do like this trade for both teams.

To the Cubs: Carrasco's value depends on his recovery. Gsellman will likely be a middle-reliever for the Mets in 2020. Chatwood will compete for the 5th spot in the Cub's rotation. Zimmer will need to perform well this spring, to make the Tribe's opening day roster. Adndriese has a shot at cracking the Angels rotation. Baltimore transfers the Carrasco re-sign tag to the Cubs. Baltimore's total salary transfer is $18,000,000
To Baltimore: MLB grades Richardson as the 6th best Toronto prospect. MLB grades Gross as the 10th best Ray's prospect. MLB grades Burdi as the CWS's 22nd best prospect (competing for relief spot on the MLB roster) MLB grades Blankenhorn as the Twins 23rd best prospect MLB grades Abbott as the Cub's 15th best prospect MLB grades Franklin as the Cub's 16th best prospect Duffy is projected as the Royals #2 starter Rosenthal's chances of making the Royal's bullpen are sketchy. Robertson's chances of making the Philly's bullpen are sketchy. CHC sends there 2nd round pick Cubs total salary transfer is $25,000,000
My humble condensed recap / opinions:
I can see; - The Re-sign Tag –vs- $7,000,000 cap space, as even. - Zimmer –vs- Rosenthal/Robertson, close to even, with slight edge to Baltimore. - Six team-top-30 prospects –vs- MLB ready Andriese & Chatwood, close to even, with slight edge to Cubs. - Carrasco –vs- Duffy, close to even (due to Carrasco’s uncertainty & Duffy on a bad team) - That leaves the 2nd round draft pick. Advantage Baltimore.
For the moment, I am going to abstain - until I see feedback from other TAB members.

I should have caught that Mets. I see what the Cubs did. When you search Abbott, the FYPD list shows the CUBS as the real-club ownership, and he missed the league team that drafted him at the end - in brackets. My miss - sorry. I have checked ownership and contracts, of all other players involved in this trade.
THE CUBS AND ORIOLES WILL NEED TO REPOST AN AGREED-UPON TRADE, POST, AND REACCEPT, PRIOR TO VOTING.
