Yankees wish to trade: Chris Archer SP/TB $10,000,000 (2019NTC)(2021)((ReSign)) Austin Romine C/NYY - $300,000 (2020) - paid minors Miguel Andujar, 3B/NYY $300,000 (2023) Austin Riley 3B/ATL $300,000 (2024) - paid minors Erasmo Ramirez SP/SEA $4,000,000 (2021) - salary dump
Phillies to treade: Zack Greinke - $8,500,000 (2019 NTC) (2021) ((Re-Sign)) Khris Davis - $11,800,000 (2019 NTC) (2023) ((RE-SIGN)) Gio Gonzalez - $8,500,000 (2022) Nick Lodolo SP/CIN Prospect
The trade started out with a trade consisting of Andujar & Riley for Greinke, Davis and Lodolo but based on resign tags we had to make some adjustments. Then based on the salaries I was taking on we added Archer and Ramirez.
Yankees accept the trade, I am taking on some experienced players for 2 young players and some extras.

Phillies accept -
I am getting a couple of younger players that I am high on both have question marks, but this is the direction I feel is right for my team to take. I feel I will be competitive this year but probably not going to be the favorite. So I am moving a couple of guys that will be more productive this year for some players that I feel will be more productive in the future. I also needed to move a resign tag, because I have 2 players for next year I want to resign. I had to include Lodolo in my opinion to balance out and give him some young talent in return for taking on the resigns and salary.

This definitely all hinges on how good (or bad) Riley and Andujar turn out to be. But if Phillies is a believer and it lets them shed 4 years of a resign tag and significant salary it makes sense.
Approval #3
Note: Riley does have a 2024 contract. I updated that in the original post.

Please if you are the last vote you need to state in the subject if re-signs and/or draft picks were or were not updated so it can be done if not done.
