With baseball season quickly approaching, I was just wondering what team(s) everyone supports.
I'm a Cardinals fan myself. Lived in Missouri my whole life and grew up supporting them in the years of the MV3 with Rolen, Edmonds and Pujols. I fell in love and haven't looked back since. I know I've been a little spoiled having watched a winning team all my life but that's not to say there haven't been plenty of frustrating years. Notably last year when the offense was there but the pitching (and defense) completely fell apart. Overall though I can't complain. The Cardinals have given me some amazing moments through the years and some even better memories, I can't wait to make some more!

Being within 80 miles of the Atlanta Braves I have always watched them, but I have always tracked the Dodgers and Texas Rangers. With these teams I have learned to watch the disappointments over the years but the game itself has been fun to watch. I am not sure I can sit and watch the upcoming softball changes to ML Baseball, maybe Manfred is just trying to make a joke!

I am an Angel season ticket holder and go out to Spring Training most years. I went to each home game during 2002 and almost drove up to San Fran for the WS games.

I was optimistic at the time, but realistic in the fact that it would hurt towards the end of the contract. Currently, I think he is providing value on the field and by mentoring the younger players. However, he needs to realize that a ball to the wall is a single, not a double anymore. Hahaha.

That's one thing he has always done is been very aggressive on the basepaths and most of the time it didn't work out.

Red Sox fan here, send me any and all sox prospects pls.
Also been a closet Cubs fan since I visited Wrigley in the 90s, but I have to admit 12 year old me would have been a lot more excited about them winning it last year than 30 year old me was.

Making a note to draft all Red Sox prospects and hold the Halos hostage. FYI, I don't want the Angel prospects...they are awful!

I live near Richmond, Virginia and was mainly a Braves fan. The reason for that was the Braves AAA team was in Richmond from 1966-2008. It just made everyone around here almost completely familiar with the Atlanta team as we saw the players come through here. Since they moved the AAA team to Gwinnett Georgia, its led a lot of people here to like the Nats now as they're way closer. Our minor league team here now is the AA affiliate of the Giants but its really difficult to get into a west coast team way over here. One thing people here do seem to agree on is college basketball as Richmond is home to the VCU Rams who made the final 4 a few years back.

Mets fan here. Been following them since I was a kid in the late 70's early 80's. Now I'm raising a new generation of Mets fans - and its gotten a lot easier! But I just love baseball and do a lot of minor league games in the NY/NJ area with occasional minor league road trips up and down east coast.
headed out to AZ in a few weeks for my first Cactus league spring training.

David if your guys can stay healthy that is a scary team. I'd like to see Brantley get back to being productive.
