The likely confusion is him being viewed as Padres Property when he was actually Rangers property when the league began thus you wouldn't find him in any of the past Disperal Drafts.

Haha I was like god dammit. Figured he was free, bc he was just drafted last draft by PIT and no one had him in the FYPD. So I am pretty positive on this one, unlike Robbie.

Yeah I think it is to that years FYPD. So those picks would be gone. So in theory this year you could draft a player from the DD draft a day before the FYPD of 14 if I am correct. Not 100 percent sure though.
