Tommy John surgery. He was an aspiring soccer player until a few years ago. Took up baseball. Took to it well.

Those AA hitters certainly gave him no trouble last year. Only 14 hits in 30 innings.

Anyone who has a dispersal pick and wants to trade it for a move up in the 3rd Rd of the FYPD, I have 2 picks, one of which is the 1st pick of the third round which is almost a 2nd. Willing to drop 10-12 spots (the other pick is in the teens).

I thought that Campos pick was great, it was a coin flip for me between him and Delabar. Padres bullpen in flux with yesterday's trade made me think twice, plus Quackenbush probably ahead of him for future closer status. Still - untouchable in AA.

Unless there's a big contract, pecking order in a bullpen is all about recent results and stuff. Campos has both. But the Delabar Pick Was great.

So I don't have to pick by today? No, we are not going to start today. We need to see if we can find some GMs the #2 pick is open and that is too high a pick to just pass.

I knew this was going to come up, other TAB jump in here. Jung Ho Kang signed a major league deal with PIT as an international free agent. His deal adds him to PIT's active 40 man roster. As such, he would be a major league free agent and subject to the free agent pool in this league. This is the same as Cespedes and Puig's situation.
From our rules "In regards to foreign players, the only ones who will be Free Agents are those who sign a MAJOR LEAGUE CONTRACT. Meaning this will include those from Japan, Cuba, DR, Venezuela, Korea or any other country if they agree to a major league contract. If they sign a MINOR LEAGUE CONTRACT they will be the property of the team that signed them in real life just as any undrafted FYPD goes to the team that they signed with in real life."
If this was the FYPD, Kang could not be drafted. Does it serve to reason that the same applies to the Dispersal Draft?
