Only 14 votes but 10 are for staying with 3 OF spots (at least for this year).

Good call, I think this is the best move for league especially considering how many new owners we have.

Feel the same, leave it at 3 OFs for this season given all the new blood. This should also bring about a good deal of trading activity in order to be in compliance for next season. Something, I think, we desperately need!

I think changing to from 3 OF to RF, CF and LF could add some activity in trades but I think with all the new blood we have it might be best to re-visit this issue for the 2015 season possibly. Maybe once everyone is hunkered down and up to speed we can re-look at this change.
I just think having to field a RF, CF and LF adds realism and strategy. I am only in two leagues that has RF/CF/LF as a option the rest of my leagues go with 3 OFers.

I like the LF/CF/RF option, but for 2015. This way it is more realistic so you cant start 3 LFs but starting in 15 gives us time to make moves and figure it out more. Just my 2 cents though.

3 OF's it is for this year then.
If we are thinking of LF,CF,RF for 15 will will need to agree in the next month or so, so GM's can prepare and not fly into this FA market blind.

I would be up for a lf/cf/rf type of active roster
I assume you would still be able to plug whoever you wanted into a util spot

For the record, I am not a fan of a change to LF/CF/RF. Real life position changes can be volatile (especially outfielders who shift around all the time) and not necessarily based on a players performance but more due to team need. I guess the rule seems to be already voted for and will be changing in the coming year, but for the record I like the 3 OF spots much better.
